Job Summary:
The Seasonal Visitor Experience Associate is the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson Museum visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable experience for all visitors. This integral member of our Museum team will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Museum. The Visitor Experience Associate will demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone and be able to conduct visitor transactions/interactions in a professional manner. The Visitor Experience Associate will be responsible for imparting knowledge about the Museum, maintaining work environment, and assisting with various customer-facing activities.
The Museum is open 7 days a week, 363 days a year (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas day). We are seeking candidates with flexible scheduling: each VEA must be available to work 3-5 shifts per week for approximately 20-32 hours per week. The Museum’s daily hours of operation are 9am-6pm, May-September; 10am-6pm October-April (open until 8pm every Thursday). Additionally, the Museum’s hours may occasionally be extended to support after-hours access for event guests. VEA shifts are approximately 5-7 hours in length.

The Seasonal Visitor Experience Associate will be located at The Harley-Davidson Museum® which provides a glimpse of American history and culture like you’ve never seen before – through the lens of Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The Museum is a top destination in Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin, is open year-round, and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors to the area each year. The 20-acre campus offers abundant and free parking, and includes Motor Bar & restaurant, Café Racer, and The Shop.

Education Required:
- High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required:
Experience in customer facing work required, with ideal candidate having experience in:
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson history and brand
- Experience leading tours or speaking in front of groups
- Previous guest relations or hospitality experience
