Job Summary:
The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate is a part time role is primarily a customer facing role focused on enhancing our guests experience. The position is also responsible for assisting in various aspects of our retail sales. This position will be primarily standing while working with Point of Sales Systems as well as merchandising and stocking duties which include lifting and moving stock.

Candidates must have open availability 7 days per week for opening, mid-day, and closing shifts as well as availability during summer holidays (Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July). Candidates will be needed for 3-4 shifts per week, Shop hours are 9am – 6:30pm every day except Thursdays when we are open 9am – 8:30pm.

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate will be located at The Shop just outside of The Harley-Davidson Museum® which provides a glimpse of American history and culture like you’ve never seen before – through the lens of Harley-Davidson Motor Company. The Museum is a top destination in Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin, is open year-round, and attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors to the area each year. The 20-acre campus offers abundant and free parking, and includes Motor Bar & restaurant, Café Racer, and The Shop.

Education Required:
- High School Diploma or GED

Experience Required:
Experience in customer facing work required with ideal candidate will having experience in:
- Customer Service
- Retail environment
- Point of sales systems
- Stocking & merchandising
