Job Summary
The Social Media Project Manager will develop forward-thinking strategy related to social media marketing. The primary focus will be on social media governance, standards, agency management and campaign development.

A highly collaborative role, this position will work to devise global plans and processes support the goals of the markets and align seamlessly integrate social media across the organization. He/she will possess the social media marketing and communication skills required to provide actionable counsel to regional stakeholders and cross-functional departments. This role will lead the execution of projects that increase the value of the brand and spur growth of key business metrics. This role is expected to be knowledgeable about the latest trends and consumer behaviors in the social space, along with digital forward-thinking user experience expertise.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring to life our brand, product information and other interactive content.

• Manage budgets associated with digital marketing projects.

• Implement and align creative standards, governance and analytics associated with digital user experiences.

• Project management of global social media initiatives with aggressive timelines and strict integration processes.

• Collaborate on content strategy and content requirements based on the latest consumer and technology trends.

• Engage and align stakeholder groups in Marketing (internationally), Corporate Strategy, IS, Legal, Product Planning, Product Development, Customer Service, Corporate Communications, eCommerce, H-D Museum, Brand, PR and Legal teams.

• Day-to-day interaction and direction for agency partner.

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Required
At least 5 years of related professional experience, with 3 (or more) in Social Media or PR for a corporation or agency.
