Job Summary:
This position provides day-to-day project management of consumer Direct and E-mail Marketing and
will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time. The suitable candidate will be
extremely detail oriented, have solid organizational skills and have the flexibility to adjust to
various situations and work closely with a variety of business units and people.

This individual will work closely with the Manager to provide guidance and ensure there is a high level of collaboration and integration with each of the consumer segment teams as well as Web, General Merchandise/Parts & Accessories, Events, H-D Museum, Rider Services, Harley Owners Group, PR functions and Retail Marketing. They will also be expected to identify opportunities and assets
that can be leveraged for effective and efficient movement of prospects to customers and positively impact overall sales. Strong relationships with North America Region, Consumer and Market Planning and CRM are key.

The Direct and E-Mail Project Manager is a crucial liaison and integral part of the Marketing team with responsibilities for creating and managing cost-effective project plans,
estimating budgets and resources, and managing the operations and production process which requires
collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders along with outside agencies and
suppliers.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience is required.

If the candidate does not meet the degree requirement a combination of relevant education and experience should total the equivalent of 12 years.

Experience Required:
This position requires:
- Minimum of 4 years of Marketing, with at least 3 in Direct Marketing
and/or Prospect Marketing.
- Intimate knowledge and experience in direct marketing, e-mail marketing, prospect/lead acquisition and nurturing along with strong and proven project management skills required.
- Must have experience in the production process of various marketing materials,
the ability to clearly communicate strategic direction and lead suppliers and agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have demonstrated experience in collaboration and consensus building among diverse, cross-functional areas of the organization.
- Experience in project planning including budget management required.
- Requires at least 15%
